I've been looking for a way to get HP Tools on 2012. I found a few service packs for HP servers, but I'm not sure that's what I am looking for. Mainly, I need the Array Configuration Utility like I have on all my 2008 servers but am coming up empty looking for one for 2012. Any ideas?

If using SQL Server 2008, install SQL Server 2008 SP1 post install. Make sure TCP port 1433 is open via firewall exception on the SQL Server so it can be connected to and from Service Manager. On the SQL Server Reporting server, you need to run a few basic configurations and get information ready for the Service Manager installation. Log on to the SQL Reporting server (which may be your single SQL Server box if you didn't put Reporting Services on a separate box). Launch the Reporting Services Configuration Manager, and run the following sections:

The next step is to install the portal. Download and install the .NET Framework 4.0 from the Microsoft download site and install it. Then download the SharePoint 2010 Foundation edition and install it, or use a standard edition of SharePoint.Log on as an administrator to the Server 2008 R2 box that will host the Service Manager Data Warehouse Server (make sure the SvcMgrService account you created is a local administrator). Install the same prerequisite SQL Server components as on the management server.

Again, just pass the information requested, which will include the URLs you created as part of the SQL Server Reporting Services configuration (if you are unsure, just go back to the SQL Server Reporting Server and run the configuration utility again to see the values). After the data warehouse is configured, go back to the Service Manager Management Server, launch the Server Manager Console, and on the Administrator overview, select the Register with Service Manager Data Warehouse link at the bottom.

About once a week, usually when network traffic is high, the network card goes to "not connected" state showing like the cable is missing. Changing cables, switch ports, has no effect the same as doing a "repair" from the network connections. The only way to fix this, is rebooting the server.

For the Windows operating system there's also anNTP Time Server Monitor programavailable which allows configuration of the local NTP service and graphical monitoringof the local and remote NTP servers.

WorldVista is an open-source system, able to run on proprietary Intersystem Cache database but also runs on other systems. Worldvista offers both web-based and client/server configuration, so that different configurations can be established depending on the environment. It has a strong community supporting the platform, but the programming code is not easily editable. Worldvista is deployed in the USA, primarily in a hospital environment, but a few practices have adopted it as an outpatient EMR. WorldVista is a primary care system, but templates for specialist care can be created by the end user. It is currently functional in English. Past medical history, family history and risk factors can be entered as coded variables but are not easily editable at follow-up visits. Problems are listed by ICD code in both short and comprehensive lists. WorldVista has an embedded coded (USA) medication list, which allows for drug allergy and interaction checking. It has capabilities to display flow sheets, health maintenance remainders, lab and imaging results, and generates reports of demographics, medications and problems. 2ff7e9595c
